It’s confession time on the new technology front for veteran journalist, John Gibson, in his column today in the Edinburgh Evening News.
Writes Gibson: “I see the Edinburgh Light Orchestra's summer concert at the Queen's Hall on Saturday …includes a flirty Leroy Anderson piece titled The Typewriter which has to be the highlight of the show.
“I'm a typewriter man from a long way back and the hell with these computers. My clapped-out machine's begging for mercy. Can't get the ribbons nowadays, can you?”
