Glasgow freesheet, Eastwood Today, which serves the south side of the city, was reporting the reaction of local SNP MSP, Stewart Maxwell, following the Scottish Parliament's rejection of his party's plans to prevent the sale of cheap alcohol. The headline read: 'MSP's Anger Over Block to Minumum Dink Price', which might have been better joined with the word, 'Hiccup' – in brackets, of course.
