Romanes Media Group is seeking a Deputy Regional Editor to assist in leading our talented news team based in Clydebank.
The successful candidate will be jointly responsible with the Regional Editor for the content, production and presentation both in print and online, of the Clydebank Post, Paisley Gazette and Barrhead News.
The challenging position demands a portfolio of personal and professional skills, including a highly developed news sense, proven ability in on-screen make-up, the drive to set the local news agenda and the people skills necessary to help motivate and manage a talented reporting team.
Responding to the rapidly changing media landscape the successful candidate will be expected to build on the many strengths of our titles and drive the changes demanded of our readers and advertisers in this multi-media age.
