FIVE copies of the debut novel by a Scots journalist are to be given away as part of a promotion to celebrate the book’s recent launch.
Readers of allmediascotland.com are invited to apply for the free copies of Polls Apart, by Clare Stephen-Johnston.
Published by Thames River Press, it follows fictional characters, actress, Anna Lloyd, and her politician husband, Richard Williams, as they battle their way through a fraught General Election campaign.
It has already garnered some good reviews.
Stephen-Johnston, who works freelance, was last year acting head of magazines with the Daily Record and Sunday Mail newspapers.
She writes in her own blog of what it is like to write a novel, find an agent and self-market a book: here.
She is writing a second novel.
