A CUSTOMER magazine produced by a Paisley and Edinburgh-based contract magazine publisher has been named among the winners in a marketing and communications competition in Houston, in the USA.
‘Ahead’ magazine is on behalf of FMC Technologies, a provider of ‘technology solutions’ for the energy industry. And it took the 16-page-plus magazine prize at the Lantern Awards of Texas.
Connect managing director, Alan Ramsay, told allmediascotland.com: “Telling our clients’ story in a compelling way is at the heart of what we do, and FMC Technologies has some great stories to tell.
“We’re very proud of Ahead and are delighted that it has been recognised with such a prestigious award.”
In a Connect statement, Nicola Mawer, corporate publications manager at FMC Technologies, is quoted, as saying: “Ahead has successfully provided FMC Technologies with an external publication that tells the stories behind our company strategy in a compelling way. I look forward to working with Connect on enhancing this publication in 2014.”
