THE Edinburgh reporter at The Scotsman has been appointed arts correspondent at the paper.
Brian Ferguson succeeds Tim Cornwell, after five years as Edinburgh reporter. He had previously been five years as City Council reporter for sister title, the Edinburgh Evening News.
Before that, for 18 months, he was a general reporter, having joined from the Falkirk Herald, where he was senior reporter.
