THE publisher of The Scotsman and several local newspapers in Scotland has announced it is shifting the publication date for its preliminary financial results for last year.
The results were due to be published on Tuesday. But the publisher says it will now be the 25th of next month.
Says the Johnston Press website: “The company has been in constructive discussions with its lenders regarding the extension of its credit facilities for a further three years from their current maturity on 30 September 2012 and will provide a further update to the market as part of the preliminary results announcement.”
