THE big debating issues of the day are to feature in a series of podcasts being hosted by well-known radio broadcaster, Lesley Riddoch.
In association with The Scotsman newspaper, the podcasts will each week feature Scotsman journalists and columnists, with the first going live on Wednesday.
Says Riddoch: “The Scotsman podcasts will bring together some of Scotland’s liveliest and most controversial writers and columnists to leave behind the laptop and quill to enter the glorious world of sound. Every Wednesday for a trial period, a pod of writers will gather in a corner of the Scotsman’s Edinburgh HQ to analyse the week’s news, the day’s opinion columns and the latest readable comments on Scotsman.com.”
Among those expected to take part are Bill Jamieson, Peter MacMahon, Joyce McMillan, Tiffany Jenkins and George Kerevan.
Riddoch is a Scotsman columnist.
