A former VisitScotland and Scottish Enterprise ‘spin doctor’ and previous director of communications at the Catholic Church has been appointed to head up corporate communications for a regulatory authority in the Middle East.
Mark Morley is a week into his job at the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority in Doha.
He joins having most recently been head of media relations for City law firm, Addleshaw Goddard.
