SCOTS, Adam Crozier and Ian Livingston, have been named in an annual listing of the top 100 ‘media players’, compiled by The Guardian.
The paper has named Crozier – the chief executive of ITV – at No.17 and Livingston – chief exec of BT – at No.42.
TV scriptwriter, Steven Moffat, is in at No.87.
The judging panel – which includes Scots, Mike Soutar (co-founder and chief executive of ShortList Media) and Jim Gray (who recently stepped down, after almost 15 years in the job, as editor of Channel 4 News) – also named former Scottish Daily Mail, The Scotsman and Daily Record editor, Martin Clarke, at No.38. He is titled, publisher of Mail Online.
