An informal gathering of people working in Edinburgh's media community is taking place next week in a local bar.
The event is being organised by the media manager at The City of Edinburgh Council, Stewart Argo, who has organised previous similar gatherings attended mainly by PR people and freelance journalists.
Argo told allmediascotland.com: “There's been a long hiatus but the networking drinks are back and it already looks like we're on for a good night. The point is that we all need to get out from behind our desks and put our smart phones down for a while so we can talk face-to-face.”
