Students and first-timers working in the Scottish screen industries, such as television, are being invited to enter their best work into a competition being run by BAFTA in Scotland.
The New Talent Awards celebrate the best of student or first-timer work across over a dozen categories, such as short film, games and animation.
A deadline of the 12th of next month has been set for entries, with the winners to be announced, in Glasgow, on March 24.
This year, there is no main BAFTA in Scotland Awards ceremony, with a “new and improved” one promised for next year.
The absence has been caused, says BAFTA, by organisational efforts to make all their award ceremonies, including the UK-wide one, conform to the one set of criteria and way of operating.
