Training courses in newspaper sub-editing and scriptwriting are among a batch being provided by the Scottish division of the National Union of Journalists.
The training – details of which can be found on www.nujscotland.org.uk – begin on the 18th of next month, with an one-day session on public relations.
The NUJ's programme reads as follows:
