COLLEAGUES and old friends of Jim Hendry and Marge Davidson are being invited to help them bid a fond farewell to newspapers as both retire from ‘active service’ at the Scottish Daily Mail.
Both have been at the Mail for 14 years, Jim in his post as deputy sports editor and Marge as office manager.
A party has been arranged at the Ruag Bar, at 23 Waterloo Street, Glasgow – for Friday, from early evening.
