THE composer behind the soundtracks on Scottish movies, Festival and Seachd: The Inaccessible Pinnacle, is presenting a masterclass on music in documentaries.
Jim Sutherland’s credits also include The New Ten Commandments, made – by, among others, Douglas Gordon, Tilda Swinton, Mark Cousins and Irvine Welsh – to mark the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and which premiered at the Edinburgh International Film Festival.
He is speaking at the Scottish Documentary Institute, based in Edinburgh, on Friday.
