FIFE radio station, Kingdom FM, is about to welcome a former presenter, to front its breakfast show.
Ian Gilmour currently presents the 10am-2pm slot on Edinburgh-based all-speech station, talk107, but has been lured back to Kingdom to co-host with another former talk107 presenter, Diane Lester. Their show starts on the sixth of next month.
Kingdom describes Gilmour as “one of [our] most popular presenters during the station’s ten year history”.
He began at the station six years ago, leaving three-and-a-half years later.
Gilmour succeeds yet another former talk107 presenter, Micky Gavin, who has accepted a move to the opposite end of the day, to present an evening show at Real Radio Scotland.
Gilmour had been a producer at talk107, but returned as a freelance presenter, after the station choose to stop using producers.
