A SERIES of articles from within war-torn Afghanistan – for The Scotsman, by its features writer, Emma Cowing – has suddenly had to come to an end… because of illness.
allmediascotland.com understands Cowing has been flown to hospital in the UK after falling seriously ill in the heat of circa 50 degrees.
She is believed to be on the mend.
