FREE prints from various art exhibitions in Edinburgh are to be made available to readers of The Scotsman and sister title, Scotland on Sunday, following a summer-long deal agreed by the papers’ publishers.
The Scotsman Publications Ltd is to partner the National Galleries of Scotland over a series of exhibitions, including one about Impressionism.
The Scotsman will partner ‘Impressionism and Scotland’, taking place between July 19 and October 12, plus ‘The Vanity Fair Portraits’ exhibition, which runs from June 14 and September 21.
Meanwhile, Scotland on Sunday will partner Foto, a modernist photography exhibition (June 7 to August 31), and a show of Tracey Emin’s work (August 2 to November 9).
As well as free prints from the exhibitions for readers, the deal also includes advertising spend from the galleries, promotional activity and branding at the galleries for each newspaper.
