LAST night, it was LA for the Oscars and Glasgow for the final date of the city’s fourth film festival, which ended with the UK premiere of the Oscar-nominated comedy, Lars and the Real Girl, starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Mortimer.
With many of the festival’s screenings being a sell-out, the organisers expect to have reached some 20,000 admissions.
