ACTRESS, Penelope Keith, has been thwarted yet again in her attempts to open a cafe in a Highland village, as reported extensively in yesterday’s press.
But Keith – who played Margot Leadbetter in the popular 1970s sitcom, The Good Life – might still appeal.
But, for the moment at least, it was – according to the headline on page 13 of yesterday’s Scottish Daily Mail – a case of ‘No Go, Margo’, the absent ‘t’ perhaps in sympathy with what the villagers might find themselves missing out on.
