AT 2.15pm, stop whatever you are doing and spare a thought for Scottish journalist, Alan Johnston, who was kidnapped in the Middle East exactly 100 days ago today.
This afternoon, from their home in Argyllshire, the parents of the BBC Gaza correspondent will be releasing 100 balloons, to mark his captivity and as part of continuing efforts to bring about his release.
An online petition has attracted 170,000 signatures.
