TWO non-executive directors have retired from the publishers of The Scotsman newspaper.
Johnston Press announced to the Stock Exchange on Friday that H.C.M. Johnston and Lord Gordon of Strathblane used the company’s annual general meeting to signal they have stepped down.
A former chair of Scottish Radio Holdings and also the Scottish Tourist Board, Lord Gordon of Strathblane joined the board in 1996.
Meanwhile, H.C.M. Johnston joined the board way back in 1971. He is a former managing director Johnston (Falkirk) Ltd.
