Another day, another TV phone-in problem

PREMIUM rate phone watchdog, ICSTIS, is reported to have met with TV broadcasters and premium rate service providers and subsequently announced, among other things, more rigorous monitoring of TV phone-ins (the subject of a recent loss in public confidence) and a new licensing regime.
