THE Scottish ‘father’ of the BBC is to be the subject of a short retrospective next week, with a former director-general likely to feature beforehand in various Sunday newspapers.
A Lord Reith ‘season’ is to be broadcast on BBC4 on Monday, with Greg Dyke expected to be the subject of features in at least the Sunday Mail and Mail on Sunday.
In Saturday’s Daily Mail, a feature on Reith’s daughter, Marista, is also expected to be published.
