A 40-second cinema and TV advert, produced by one of Scotland’s newest commercials companies, is to spearhead a PR campaign promoting responsible husbandry of Scotland’s environment.
The ad, costing “six figures”, is being commissioned by the Scottish Executive and will run from the 23rd of this month, up to Christmas. It is being produced by Lucid, launched earlier this year to “target creative agencies and focus on the high-quality commercial sector in Scotland”.
The ad’s director is Michael Keillor, a young Scottish director who has made a short film, ‘Happy Slapz’, for Channel 4 and also directed nationwide TV campaigns for Give Blood, The Portman Group and Centrepoint.
Creative director, Carter Anderson, of PR and advertising folk, Barkers Scotland, is also involved in devising the campaign.
