Four Scottish entries have been shortlisted in an UK-wide PR competition.
The quartet were unveiled among the contenders for this year’s Excellence Awards, run by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Says the CIPR: “The CIPR Excellence Awards recognise and reward best practice in public relations throughout the UK and acknowledge personal and team achievement at the highest professional level.”
The Scots nominees are to be found in the public sector and internal communications categories.
In the former, Consolidated PR and the Scottish Government were chosen for its Organ Donation campaign while Weber Shandwick was also chosen, for The Cumbernauld Positive Image Project. In the latter category, The Royal Bank of Scotland was chosen for its Open Doors campaign, while Standard Life Investments was also picked, this time for Made to Measure Leaders.
This year, the CIPR Excellence Awards attracted just under 700 entries across 27 award categories.
The winners will be announced on June 1.
