A FALKIRK-based music PR has become a partner in a PR company specialising in music, arts and entertainment.
Lisa Coverdale joins Hold Tight! PR, joining from record label, Basick Records, which she joined two years ago to develop its digital strategy and internal PR. She has also been running her own PR operation, Invisible Hippo, again specialising in music PR.
Among the clients she brings to Hold Tight! are Damnation Festival and Condate Records, as well as bands The Fire and I, Dr Slaggleberry and Colonel Blast.
In a statement issued by the company, Nathan Phillips: Nathan Phillips, CEO of Hold Tight! PR’s parent company, Invictus Music and Media, is quoted as saying: “I’m thrilled to be able to finally bring Lisa into the fold at Hold Tight! PR. Having admired her work from afar for a number of years and recently witnessing the impeccable job she did at Damnation Festival this year, I just knew that we had to bring her on board. With her boundless enthusiasm and endless creativity, Lisa will be a true asset to Hold Tight! and its clients.”
Hold Tight! was founded last year by Phillips – who had run Basick Records, best known for its metal music – and James Monteith, a freelance music PR.
