UP and coming butchers, Premier Cuts Lanark, are proving they’ve got beef when it comes to high steak deals, having just secured a contract to supply the newly re-opened Tinto House Hotel with its quality meat produce.
Despite only having only been trading for just one year, the quality of the locally-sourced produce impressed the Tinto House Hotel team to such an extent, they have awarded an exclusive contract to the butchery, creating a welcome boost to local trade as well as contributing to the Hotel’s vision to keep ‘food miles’ low.
Under new management since 2014, managing director, Brian Robinson, and his team are working hard to restore the 100 year-old hotel to its glory days. Working closely with local companies is integral to Brian’s vision for the business.
Brian commented:
“It is a pleasure to be able to work with local businesses in the area and we are delighted to have selected Premier Cuts Lanark, an exciting new company, as one of our key suppliers. With their produce sourced locally, the quality cuts will reflect the quality of dishes Tinto House Hotel serves to diners in our restaurant. We hope to continue building local relationships – Lanarkshire has so much to offer.”
Gerry Grant, manager of Premier Cuts Lanark, added:
“As a new business, all new contracts are good for the company, but we are particularly excited to have been selected by a local business with such a rich heritage like Tinto House Hotel. It’s a great start to 2015 for Premier Cuts Lanark and we look forward to working with them to serve up the quality taste of Lanarkshire to their guests.”
