SATURDAY 31st January 2015 will see the baker of the best pie in Scottish football share his glory with the winning club, as The Kandy Bars’ Stephen McCallister presents Ardrossan Winton Rovers with their very own trophy for the ‘Best Pie in Junior Football’ and ‘Best Football Pie in Scotland’.
Last year’s winner of The World Scotch Pie Championships, Stephen McCallister, said: “We might not have taken the world champion title this year but competition in the football pie category is fierce, so I am delighted that the Scotch Pie sold here at Ardrossan Winton Rovers has been given recognition as the best in the land.”
