SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has dominated commercial property industry ‘bible’, Estate Gazette’s Most Active Agents competition.
Not only has the firm been named most active agent in West Scotland and the Highlands, it was named as the second most active agent in East Scotland.
Furthermore, Shepherd surveyors won a clean sweep in the dealmaker of the year competition across all three categories in Scotland with Jonathan Reid in East Scotland, Patrick Cairney in West Scotland and Neil Calder in the Highlands, where the firm completed one deal every nine days.
