TERRY Murden, business editor of The Scotsman and Scotland on Sunday, has lodged an application for an appeal against his conviction for contravening section 39 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010.
Papers were delivered to the Sheriff’s office in Edinburgh today (Friday).
