THE Famous Grouse Experience at Glenturret Distillery in Crieff has been shortlisted for the Scottish Field’s Whisky Distillery Visitor Experience of the Year, one of only ten distilleries in Scotland to be selected for this prestigious title.

With the winners decided solely by a public vote, Scotland’s oldest and most-visited distillery is hoping that its tens of thousands of visitors every year will give it the big thumbs up this year following a £250,000 investment in its key visitor areas, the first major upgrade to the facilities since 2007.
