MAGGIE Braid Associates (MBA) has recently achieved the coveted Microsoft Partner Network Silver Award in recognition of its commitment to creating and delivering innovative customer solutions and services based on Microsoft technology.
Formed some 14 years ago, MBA has come a long way from its humble beginnings and now employs a raft of experienced professionals from its headquarters at Regent Road in Aberdeen.
This latest accolade is as a direct result of the expertise and commitment from its team of software developers and acknowledges both MBA’s flagship competence management system along with its innovative training management software.
Commenting on the award, Phill Carbis, technology director at MBA, said: This is a fantastic award for MBA and is a suitable reflection on the dedication of the MBA software development team.”
Explaining about the process required to obtain this award, Phill concluded: “There were a number of exams and assessments my team needed to obtain plus we were also required to provide significant customer evidence of how we had provided Microsoft based software products and solutions as well as Microsoft platform testing for our software products.”
MBA client Hydrasun was delighted to provide one of the necessary references as Alan Hurry, Hydrasun training manager enthused: “We have worked with MBA for a while now as we have been implementing their training management software, Ensure.
“The software itself is a definite industry leader as it offers so much more than the usual type of TMS on the market, making our entire training management process so much more streamlined.
“More than that though, MBA has held our hands throughout, making sure the entire installation process has been a seamless one.”
Achieving the Microsoft Partner Network Silver Award is a fairly intensive process as MBA managing director, Maggie Braid, points out: “The whole process took several months and a great deal of commitment from our software development team.
“It has all definitely been worth the effort though as the benefits for the company are significant, both directly from Microsoft but also in terms of the status achieved for MBA.”
