SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has appointed Stuart Lobb as a commercial surveyor for the Scottish Borders.
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer, Lobb is a multi-disciplinary surveyor with considerable experience of the commercial property market, having worked in both client and private practice for some 12 years throughout Scotland, most notably within the Scottish Borders.
He is also a non-executive director of SBHA Plus, a commercial subsidiary of Scottish Borders Housing Association.
Of his appointment to Shepherd, Lobb said: “I’m delighted to join a national firm of surveyors that is seeking to expand and develop further.
“Shepherd is a major player within the commercial property sector throughout Scotland and I am pleased to be given the opportunity to play a part in that expansion within the Scottish Borders region.”
Lobb will work closely with the firm’s Edinburgh commercial team and undertake a variety of valuation/professional work whilst maintaining a strong agency focus handling the sale, letting and acquisition of commercial property for a variety of national and local clients.
