SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has let a former Bradford Bakers unit in Glasgow’s West End for the second time in 18 months.
The firm’s commercial agency specialist Sandy Lightbody first let the unit at 306 Crow Road on behalf of the landlord to a private individual who decided subsequently that the unit did not suit his purposes.
Undeterred, Lightbody promptly reassigned the leasehold interest to J&T McColgan Funeral Directors from Clydebank.
Now, Lightbody has brought another former Bradford unit to the market. The 500 sq ft unit at 17 Fenwick Road in Giffnock on Glasgow’s southside comes with hot food planning consent and is available for let at offers in excess of £15,500pa.
Unsurprisingly, Lightbody is confident that he can let the unit – even just the once.
“Finding a tenant should be a piece of cake!” he said.
