THE AA rosette La Bonne Auberge brasserie at Holiday Inn Glasgow Theatreland has introduced delicious new menus offering diners a fresh selection of exceptional French Mediterranean cuisine.
Conceived by award-winning executive head chef, Gerry Sharkey, the restaurant’s new prix fixe menu offers starters of: chef’s freshly prepared soup; pressed seafood terrine and rich chicken liver parfait. Mains include: leek and pepper and goats cheese tartlet; pan fried cod loin; pan fried chicken breast and grilled Gressingham duck breast.
The desserts on offer on the menu prix fixe are: vanilla crème brulee; warm pecan nut tart and La Bonne Auberge sundae.
La Bonne Auberge menu prix fixe offers two courses for £18.95 (£16.95 before 6.30pm) or three courses for £24.95.
And its new a la carte menu features such starters as: twice baked cheese soufflé; McSweens haggis bon bon; La Bonne Auberge fish soup and home smoked duck breast.
Main courses include: warm chick pea, corn and herb potato cake; pan fried salmon; choucroute La Bonne Auberge; chargrilled honey and thyme poussin; fillet of lemon sole and loin of venison, whilst its celebrated grill menu feature rib eye, sirloin and fillet steak.
And desserts include: fresh fruit salad; sticky toffee pudding; warm pecan nut tart; vanilla panna cotta and a selection of cheese.

La Bonne Auberge is located in the heart of Theatreland in Glasgow city centre and surrounded by some of Glasgow’s top theatres, as well as Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.
