A LEADING Aberdeen company is preparing to launch another series of knowledge sharing events in Aberdeen.
Building on the success of lunch and learn events held in 2013, RS Occupational Health is gearing up to kick off a new season starting with an exploration of workplace mediation in occupational health.
The March 26th event will take place at the company’s Aberdeen headquarters and will be presented by Hayley Bloodworth of Proactive Employment Lawyers and Mary Helen Dewar of Dewar Health Consultants.
Commenting on the plans, Dr Shirley Kong, of RS Occupational Health, said: “Workplace mediation can be a powerful addition to the suite of management tools for many companies in many sectors and is especially effective when used at an early stage.”
With clinics in Aberdeen, Great Yarmouth and Inverness, RS Occupational Health deals with clients in sectors such as oil and gas, manufacturing, transport, construction, retail, the voluntary sector and education.
The company also holds the contract to administer the registration of all oil and gas doctors, worldwide, on behalf of Oil & Gas UK.
