ACTING on behalf of the Fusion Group, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has acquired the former Ballinluig Inn, south of Pitlochry, for an undisclosed price.
Having lain empty for over a year, the former Ballinluig Hotel, located just off the A9, is to be transformed into an all day kitchen, coffee house, bar and grill as well as an inn with eight bedrooms under the new brand name The Red Brolly Inn.
Sandy Falconer, surveyor at Shepherd, said: “We are delighted to have been able to assist the Fusion Group secure this attractive property for its latest redevelopment project which is set to introduce an exciting new food and beverage proposition to the Highland Perthshire market.”

Work has now commenced on the extensive modernisation of the facility, with the estimated timescale for completion outlined as mid-spring.
