PROPERTY bible, Estates Gazette, has recognised Shepherd Chartered Surveyors as one of the top commercial firms in Scotland for the second year running.
In its annual analysis of Scotland’s commercial surveying market, the publication noted that ‘it was another strong all-round showing from regional specialist Shepherd Commercial, which only broke into the top rankings in 2012 and impressed again in 2013, most notably in retail where it pushed C&W particularly close.’
Indeed, Shepherd was ranked: second in the retail property category; third in both the office and industrial categories and fifth in the leisure and hotel category.
