ACTING on behalf of Nicam Developments, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has acquired a significant industrial investment opportunity in Inverness from Upland Developments for £1.65 million.
Nicam has purchased units 2 and 3, representing some 21,500 sq ft of accommodation, on Stadium Road in the popular Longman Industrial Estate on the northern periphery of Inverness presently occupied by five tenants on long leases with a combined passing rental of £144,484.
