AN award-winning, North-east public relations firm has been shortlisted for two categories in prestigious Scottish industry awards.
Public relations and communications consultancy, Frasermedia, based in Aberdeen’s west-end has been named a finalist in the categories for Outstanding Small Consultancy and Low Budget Campaign at this year’s PRide awards, being hosted by CIPR Scotland (Chartered Institute of Public Relations).
Frasermedia, which secured the title of Scotland’s Outstanding Small Consultancy at last year’s awards, is up against three other finalists to defend the title.
The firm’s Low Budget Campaign entry, based on its PR campaign for The Bay Fish and Chips of Stonehaven, is facing competition from five other finalists hoping to secure the award.
The CIPR PRide Awards, which is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, is the only UK-wide awards scheme that recognises excellence in the public relations and communications sector and, each year, receive thousands of entries from PR freelancers, consultancies and in-house teams UK wide.

The PR champions of the awards will be announced at a glittering event at Glasgow’s Grand Central Hotel on Thursday 24 October and will be attended by hundreds of PR professionals from across Scotland.
