WINNERS of Scottish Bakers of the Year, Stephens the Bakers, are delighted to announce the appointment of their new sales director, Ewen Chisholm.
Ewen joined the Award Winning bakery on Monday 17 June and will be responsible for all sales channels within the business.
Ewen has a wealth of experience in many fields stemming from his convenience retailing background including wholesale, business development and improvement, market research, store and warehouse operations, supplier relationship management and brand development.
He has worked in businesses such as C J Lang and Son Ltd, Him!, and, more recently, with David Sands, as their chief operating officer, before his last post at the Co-operative food.
Ewen will add to the existing triumphs of the business, assisting in taking it from strength to strength following the business’ success at the last month’s Scottish Baker of the Year awards.
