Media Release: Specialist oil and gas consultancy hosting tailored taster sessions for women

IN today’s society, a growing number of women are progressing into business leadership positions.

Specialist oil and gas consultancy, Embrion, which is based in Westhill, is holding a special taster session in Aberdeen at the end of the month to provide women in the industry with an introduction to a specialist development programme designed to help improve personal and organisational effectiveness.

The Springboard Women’s Development Programme taster session, takes place on Thursday, 27 June, at Robert Gordon University.

The session will be led by Embrion consultant, Celia Payne, who is an experienced and qualified trainer and leadership coach with over 20 years’ experience in enabling personal and organisational development within the changing context of the public sector.

Springboard is an award-winning, three-month personal and work development programme that has transformed the lives of thousands of women in over 30 countries.

Designed by women, for women, the course is relevant to women of any age, background and lifestyle, and includes four workshops, a workbook and inspirational women speakers.

The next Springboard programme takes place in Aberdeen in October, and the free taster session will help participants understand its objectives, identify how the course has improved personal and organisational effectiveness, and decide whether the course is suitable for their development.

As a licenced trainer for the internationally recognised Springboard programme, Ms Payne has worked with over 200 women to enable them to achieve their life and career goals.
