ENCHANTED Forest Nursery, the childcare chain headquartered in Riverside Business Park, has won the hotly-contested Excellence in Customer Services category at the prestigious Greenock Chamber of Commerce ‘Bees Knees’ Awards 2013.
Judges praised the company, which runs four nurseries across Inverclyde, Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire, for the way in which they continually listen to their customers and strive to ensure that improvements are made to the services they offer.
This award is the third which the company has won since 2011 – all for Excellence in Customer Care – having triumphed at the Bees Knees awards in 2012, and at the ROCCO awards in 2011, organised by Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce.
Enchanted Forest Nursery director, Mariessa Devlin, comments: “Whilst winning this award is utterly fantastic, we are never complacent and know there is always room for improvement, therefore we will keep working on our journey of trying to be the best we can be for parents and their little ones.
“And although my co-director, Bernie, and myself accepted the award from the Provost Moran, it goes without saying, that this award belongs to our 80 staff who are the reason for our success. It is the work that they do on a daily basis which has seen this award bestowed on our four nurseries.”
Enchanted Forest Nurseries Group offers childcare at nurseries in Greenock, Inverkip, Erskine and Thornliebank, employing over 80 highly-trained and skilled staff who care daily for over 500 pre-school children, ranging in age from six weeks up to five years.
