FOLLOWING a period of increased activity, subsea engineering and project management specialist, CSL, has demonstrated its commitment to growth with three recent key appointments.
Sean Girvan, CSL managing director, commented: “These appointments come at an exciting time for CSL. The market is changing so we’re evolving; strengthening our capability and growing our team of experts.”
Steve Rolfe has been appointed as projects manager and will play a key role in the development of the CSL Subsea Projects division.
Steve has over 15 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry within the UK, Norway and West Africa, and has a strong background in executing subsea construction projects at both an engineering and management level.
An internal appointment, Roddy Brown has taken on the role of business development and acquisition manager to support the sustainable growth of the company.
Roddy has a proven track record of generating new business and sales opportunities during his management of CSL’s Resource division and also in his previous roles working with major oil and gas companies.
Joining the CSL Resource division, John Montague has been appointed resource manager and will look after and develop this section of the business which provides specialist personnel to the energy industry.
John’s managerial experience spans 25 years and he joins CSL from OilCareers, where he worked with a variety of oil and gas companies to strategize and plan recruitment campaigns.

“As a result of this strategic realignment, we have won significant additional work and are now in a fantastic position to grow our team of experts.
