SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has launched a specialist building surveying service to the Highlands with the key appointment of Andrew Clark to its expanding Inverness office.
With extensive experience working in a variety of roles in the construction industry, Clark is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, a registered member of the Association for Project Safety delivering CDM-C services and registered with the BRE to carry out non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates.
A native of Fort William, Clark’s appointment as a building surveyor at Shepherd’s Inverness office represents a return to working in the city following a successful career that has taken him to such exotic locations as the British West Indies.
He said: “I’m delighted to be back working in Inverness and look forward to introducing Shepherd’s comprehensive range of building surveying services to the Highlands. In addition to non-domestic EPCs, I will be conducting condition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, commercial monitoring and various other services.”

Shepherd now has building surveyors based in Aberdeen, Dumfries, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness.
