ACUTELY aware of its customers’ busy lifestyles, Ashoka Ashton Lane, the jewel in the crown of Harlequin Leisure Group, has launched a quick Thali lunch menu for only £5.95.
The menu offers starters of vegetable pakora, chicken pakora, mix pakora or garlic mushroom poori.
Curries on offer are lamb bhoona, chicken tikka chasni, chicken korma, mix vegetable masala, lamb rogan josh and chicken Jalandhri – accompanied with either fried or boiled rice.
All dishes are served with cracked popadoms, spiced onions, raita, pakora sauce rice and daal.
Alternatively, the enterprising restaurant has also introduced ‘lunch on the run’ two and three course menus served in traditional a la carte style from its special selection – the two course lunch from only £7.95 and the three course from £9.95.
Curry Queen Nasreen Aksi, of the Ashoka Ashton Lane, said: “Our delicious new lunch menus have been conceived to appeal to today’s busy diners. Our Thali menu has proven to be particularly popular with regulars and newcomers alike!”
Both the quick Thali lunch and the ‘lunch on the run’ menus are available from 12 noon till 5pm.
