SCOTLAND’S first Jumping Clay Academy is delighted to be be hosting a celebratory Open Day on Friday, March 29th in the South of Glasgow, bringing a bright and colourful addition to the local community and heaps of fun for children and families in the area.
The educational academy will be running workshops, courses and parties, inspiring children to play and learn creatively using Jumping Clay – an unique, pliable bouncy clay that dries naturally overnight.
Children of all ages and abilities can spend hours of fun making their own colourful creations, seeing them come to life. And through the guidance of an instructor, they will learn about shapes, structures, colours and much more in the process.
At the same time, parents will be pleased to find out that this is a no-mess no-stress activity for the whole family to get involved.

One mum in particular is delighted to see the opening of the Jumping Clay Academy in Glasgow. Meabh Bradley, who runs Jumping Clay’s Scottish franchise, was introduced to the magical world of Jumping Clay by her two year-old daughter, Eva.
When Eva burst into an inconsolable tantrum outside Belfast’s Botanic Gardens during a weekend away, nothing would calm her down. Until she spotted a brightly-painted building filled with lots of colourful figures, and started pointing and giggling at it, showing her mother the UK HQ of Jumping Clay.
By 9am the next morning, Meabh, having realised the countless possibilities, was discussing taking the franchise to Scotland.
One year on, and the business is going from strength to strength, delivering educational and creative workshops for all ages and abilities across central Scotland, and looking to partner with like-minded businesses, schools and charities.
As Meabh puts it: “Turns out it can take a two year-old to open your eyes to colourful possibilities and help you find a fulfilling career!”
