PROPERTY bible, Estates Gazette, has recognised Shepherd Chartered Surveyors as one of the top commercial firms in Scotland.
In its annual analysis of Scotland’s commercial surveying market, the publication noted that “the only company to really shake up the established order north of the border was Shepherd Commercial, which broke impressively into the top five of all sectors bar investment”.
The publication ranked Shepherd second in Scotland in the retail property sector, third in both the office and industrial sectors and fifth in the leisure and hotel sectors.
