UNBEKNOWN to many, March is in fact National Bed Month in the United Kingdom. Run by The Sleep Council, the awareness campaign serves to remind Britons of the importance of the health and well-being benefits of a good night’s sleep, and the role beds play in ensuring this.

Also on hand are videos offering tips for creating the perfect sleep environment and concealing signs of tiredness with makeup and more. These will be promoted during National Bed Month.
